At AGHOUCHI, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If you need to make a return or exchange, you will find below the applicable conditions and procedure.
This policy applies to purchases made by consumers through our online store, without prejudice to any rights granted to consumers under applicable Spanish and European consumer protection legislation.
For online purchases, you have the right to withdraw from the contract without giving any reason within 14 calendar days from the day on which you, or a third party authorized by you other than the carrier, acquire physical possession of the order.
Where an order consists of several products delivered separately, the withdrawal period begins on the day on which you receive the last product.
To exercise your right of withdrawal, you must notify AGHOUCHI of your decision within this period.
Once you have notified us of your decision to withdraw, you will have an additional 14 calendar days to return the products.
The deadline is met if you send the products before the 14-day period has expired.
Products must be returned in the same general condition in which they were received.
In particular, garments must:
Not have been worn.
Not have been washed.
Not have stains, odors or signs of wear resulting from use.
Not have been modified, altered or repaired.
Retain their original tags.
Be returned together with the original AGHOUCHI box and packaging.
The consumer may handle and try on the garment to the extent necessary to establish its nature, characteristics and functioning, in a manner similar to how it could reasonably be done in a physical store.
If the product has diminished in value as a result of handling beyond what is necessary to establish its characteristics, AGHOUCHI may apply a reduction to the refund amount as permitted by applicable law.
Simply opening the packaging or reasonably trying on the garment will not, by itself, result in a loss of the right of withdrawal.
Garments must retain their original tags, which must be returned together with the product.
The original AGHOUCHI box and packaging must also be returned together with the garment.
The customer must take reasonable care to keep the box and packaging in good condition and avoid unnecessary damage during the return.
Where damage to the packaging or product results in a reduction in value caused by handling beyond what is necessary to inspect the product, AGHOUCHI may apply the legally applicable reduction in value.
The direct costs of returning the product will be borne by the customer, provided that AGHOUCHI has previously informed the customer of this obligation.
The cost of the return will depend on the country from which the return is made and the shipping service used.
Where AGHOUCHI provides a return label for the relevant country, the cost associated with that label will be borne by the customer.
In destinations where a return label provided by AGHOUCHI is not available, the customer may arrange the shipping service directly with the carrier of their choice.
Return costs will not be borne by the customer when the return is due to a lack of conformity, a defective product or an error attributable to AGHOUCHI, where required by applicable law.
Where available for the relevant destination, AGHOUCHI will provide a return label to facilitate the shipment of the order.
The cost of the return label will be borne by the customer.
The customer must use the return label in accordance with the instructions provided by AGHOUCHI and hand the package over to the designated carrier or drop-off point.
Where a return-label service is not available for a particular country, the customer will be responsible for arranging the shipment and returning the package at their own expense.

In the event of a valid exercise of the right of withdrawal, AGHOUCHI will refund all payments received from the customer, including the standard delivery costs paid by the customer, in accordance with applicable law.
If the customer expressly chose a delivery method that was more expensive than the least expensive standard delivery method offered by AGHOUCHI, we will not be required to refund the additional amount corresponding to the more expensive delivery method.
Refunds will generally be made using the same payment method used for the original purchase, unless the customer has expressly agreed to another method that does not incur any additional cost.
AGHOUCHI may withhold the refund until we have received the returned products or until the customer provides proof that the products have been sent back, whichever occurs first.
The customer will bear the direct return costs as set out in this policy.
AGHOUCHI allows exchanges for a different size or color of the same product, subject to availability.
The customer will be responsible for the logistical costs associated with the exchange.
The product must meet the same conditions established for returns.
Exchanges are subject to availability of the requested size or color.
If the requested size or color is unavailable, the customer may request a return of the product, provided that the applicable deadline has not expired and the relevant conditions are met.
We do not offer direct exchanges for a different product model.
If you wish to purchase a different model, you must return the original product and subsequently place a new order.
The return of the original product will be subject to the conditions set out in this policy.
Products purchased using discounts, promotional codes or other promotions may be returned provided that they meet the conditions established in this policy.
If a partial return causes the order to no longer meet the conditions required to benefit from a promotion or discount, AGHOUCHI may recalculate the applicable promotional amount and adjust the refund accordingly, while always respecting the consumer's legal rights.
For example, if a promotion requires a minimum purchase amount and, following a partial return, the order no longer meets that minimum amount, the discount may no longer apply or may be recalculated.

To assess the issue, we may request a description of the problem and photographs of the product.
Once the issue has been assessed, AGHOUCHI will apply the corrective measures required under applicable law.
Where a lack of conformity is confirmed, any repair, replacement or other legally applicable corrective measure will be provided free of charge to the consumer, including the necessary shipping costs.
For new goods, AGHOUCHI is liable for lack of conformity that becomes apparent within the legally applicable period of three years from delivery, in accordance with applicable Spanish legislation.
During the two years following delivery, unless proven otherwise and where legally applicable, it will be presumed that the lack of conformity already existed when the product was delivered.
Defective or non-conforming products will not be handled as ordinary returns due to a change of mind.
If an order is not collected by the customer and is returned to AGHOUCHI by the carrier, we will contact the customer to determine how to proceed.
If the customer requests that the order be shipped again, any additional shipping costs resulting from the failure to collect the order may be borne by the customer where attributable to the customer and to the extent permitted by applicable law.
If the customer wishes to exercise their legal right of withdrawal, the conditions and deadlines applicable to that right will apply.
AGHOUCHI will inspect returned products before completing the return process.
If a product shows damage, signs of wear, washing, stains, odors, alterations or any other reduction in value caused by handling beyond what is necessary to establish its characteristics, AGHOUCHI may apply the reduction in value permitted by law.
Where applicable, AGHOUCHI will inform the customer of the issue and the measure being applied.
This policy does not establish an automatic loss of the legal right of withdrawal due to any minor defect in the product or packaging.
The same general return and exchange conditions apply to orders shipped within Spain and to countries within the European Union.
Shipping costs, return-label availability and the logistics procedure may vary depending on the country from which the return is made.
The applicable instructions for each return will be provided to the customer during the relevant process.
Shipping costs depend on the destination and will be displayed during the checkout process before the purchase is completed.
AGHOUCHI offers free shipping on orders of €100 or more, subject to the applicable conditions and destinations at any given time.
Where the customer has paid a standard delivery charge and validly exercises their legal right of withdrawal, that delivery charge will be refunded in accordance with applicable law.
